Hey everyone! Its Monday morning. And I am super tired from staying up and watching the game. I turned it off during half time and didnt watch any of the 3rd quarter. Just cause the Cardinals were losing and I didnt want to watch the Steelers win it. I turned it back on in the 4th and watch the rest of the game. The Cardinals almost did it! Almost. But alas they didnt and the Steelers took home their 6th trophy.
I weighed in this morning. I am done 3lbs this week. An acomplishment for sure but I wanted to lose more. But 3lbs is 3lbs and one step closer to my goal. The weekends are so hard for me to stay on track! I really need to learn how to behave when I am at home on the weekends. The weeknights dont seem to be a problem for me. Just sitting at home all weekend. Anyone else out there working on weight loss? How do you stay on track?
